Ingredients

Two cups of red jocote Andean Traditions
A spoonful of ground oregano Andean Traditions
Half a tablespoon of black pepper Andean Traditions
Half a tablespoon of El Conquistador olive oil
A tablespoon of Akenton sugar
A complete chicken
Salt to taste

Preparation

Cut the Andean Traditions jocotes in half, remove the seeds and cook over low heat with the Akenton sugar until it boils.

Remove from the heat and add to a food processor, add the Tradiciones Andinas ground oregano with the Tradiciones Andinas pepper, stir until everything is completely integrated.
In a non-stick ovenproof dish add the chicken with the El Conquistador olive oil and add the plum sauce.

Once all the chicken is very well spread, bake for 20 minutes at 320 degrees Fahrenheit.
Check the chicken constantly, once ready, remove from the oven, add a little more of the sauce and if you wish, put it back in for 2 more minutes so that it is very juicy.

And voila, enjoy this delicious chicken very fast and easy to make.
