Orange chicken wings
Ingredients
Two cups of chicken wings
Juice juice of six oranges
A spoonful of garlic paste Tradiciones Andinas
El Conquistador olive oil
Two tablespoons of Akenton sugar
Four tablespoons soy sauce
Egg
Half tablespoon of Universal cornstarch

Preparation
Prepare the wings by washing them.

In a bowl add the wings, the soy sauce and the egg, spread very well.
Cover and marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

After 30 minutes, pass the wings through the cornstarch, stir very well.
Fry in the El Conquistador olive oil and drain very well, if you want your wings to be oil-free, you can make them in the oven or in an AirFryer, leaving them for 25 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.

In a large skillet add a tablespoon of El Conquistador oil and a tablespoon of Andean Traditions garlic paste.
When hot, add the orange juice, soy sauce and Akenton sugar, stir constantly until smooth and shiny.

Dissolve two tablespoons of cornstarch in water and when well dissolved add to the previous mixture and stir.
When the sauce is thick add the chicken.

Stir very well and incorporate all the ingredients.
