Chicken broth with vegetables
Ingredients
Two cups of mixed vegetables Andean Traditions
A spoonful of garlic paste Tradiciones Andinas
Half onion finely chopped
Two pieces of chicken (legs or breast)
Salt to taste
Coriander, finely chopped to taste
Half teaspoon of ground ginger Andean Traditions Optional

Preparation
We wash the vegetables and chicken.

In a saucepan with enough water (to cover all the ingredients) over low heat, let the Andean Traditions mixed vegetables boil, the onion, the chicken, the garlic paste and the salt.
Let it boil for 20 minutes, if you want it optional you can add ground ginger, it gives it an especially delicious touch, we put the desired coriander.
