Ingredients

Four tablespoons of turmeric Andean Traditions
A spoonful of garlic paste Tradiciones Andinas
Two cups of coconut milk Andean Traditions
A quarter teaspoon of black pepper Andean Traditions
A cup of shrimp ready to use
Two teaspoons of El Conquistador olive oil
Salt to taste

Preparation

In a non-stick frying pan, add the El Conquistador olive oil and the Andean Traditions garlic paste, fry for two minutes over low heat.

Add the shrimp with the salt to taste and the Andean Traditions black pepper.
Add the Andean Traditions coconut milk, stir very well, add the Andean Traditions turmeric and mix very well so that all the ingredients are integrated.

Cover and cook over very low heat for 15 minutes.
Serve, decorate with fresh aromatic herbs and enjoy.
