MANGO CHEESECAKE
Ingredients
Four packets of Sayon Margaritas cookies
Four tablespoons of Akenton sugar
Half a cup of melted butter
Three cups of cream cheese preferably at room temperature.
One tablespoon of Universal vanilla essence
Two ripe mangoes Andean Traditions
Two unflavored jelly sachets Universal

Preparation
Grind the packages of cookies, it can be done in a ziploc bag with a roller, in the food processor or in the blender, the important thing is that they are completely like flour.

With the flour that we get from the cookies, in a bowl we add the melted butter and mix well, with the dough we form the base of the cheesecakes, if you wish you can add some ground Andean Tradition cinnamon so the cinnamon will give it a special touch .
In a pot we melt the unflavored gelatin with hot water.

We remove the skin and the seed of two whole mangoes and separate the pulp, and blend very well until obtaining a thick consistency.
In a bowl we add sugar, cups of cream cheese, vanilla, mango and jelly without Universal flavor.

We stir very well and when we have a consistent dough we put on the base.
We decorate our cheesecake as we like, it can be with blueberries and some nuts.
