Ingredients
An Andean Tradition squash package
Half a cup of yellow potatoes Andean Traditions
A jar of cream cheese
An onion and a half
Salt to taste

Preparation
In a large pot add the Tradiciones Andinas squash and the Tradiciones Andinas yellow potatoes and cover with enough water.

Cover and cook until it boils, once it boils, add the salt to taste and the onion, and boil for 10 more minutes.
Once ready, whisk in a food processor or blender and add the cream cheese.
