Cream Huacatay
Ingredients
Four cups of Hucatay Andean Traditions
A medium hot pepper Andean Traditions
Half a cup of coconut milk Andean Traditions
A packet of Margarita cookies
A quarter of El Conquistador olive oil
A quarter cup of cheese
Salt to taste

Preparation
In a frying pan over medium heat, heat the El Conquistador olive oil, and add the hot pepper and the Hucatay Tradiciones Andinas leaves.

Sauté until everything is soft.
Take this to a processor or blender.

Add the Margarita cookies, the Andean Traditions coconut milk, the cheese and the salt to taste.
Blend or process until you get a thick and delicious cream.
