Ingredients

A cup of fine cornmeal Andean Traditions
Two cups of hot water
A teaspoon of salt
Cheese cut into square strips

Preparation

In a bowl, mix the Tradiciones Andinas fine cornmeal with the salt, oil and water.

When you get a dough, on a flat and clean surface, knead until it is consistent.
With the help of a kitchen roller or a glass bottle, stretch the dough until it is half a centimeter thick.

Cut strips of dough.
Wrap the dough in the cheese, seal the ends very well (so that the cheese does not escape)

Fry the cheese fingers in enough oil or in the Air fryer, for 8 minutes at 356 degrees Fahrenheit.
Once ready, enjoy.
