Salmon fillet with mango sauce
Ingredients
A salmon fillet
A ripe mango Andean traditions
Half onion finely chopped
Black pepper Andean Traditions
A tablespoon of white vinegar
Salt to taste

Preparation
First we make the mango sauce, chop the mango and mash it with a fork, leaving some large pieces.

In a bowl with a lid add the already chopped Traditions Andean mango, white vinegar and onion, stir, cover and leave in the refrigerator while making the salmon.
Season the salmon and put it on a hot plate on the side of the skin, when this is golden we turn and let it brown on the other side.

When our fillet is ready, we plated and add the mango sauce.
And ready! We can accompany with some delicious yellow Andean Traditions steamed potatoes.
