Chocolate chip cookies
Ingredients
Two and a half cups of Blanca Flor flour
One teaspoon of Universal vanilla essence
Half a cup of Akenton sugar
Egg
Half a cup of white sugar
Three-quarter tablespoon of baking soda
A cup of chocolate chips
A cup of unsalted butter (at room temperature)
Half teaspoon salt

Preparation
In a bow add the white sugar and the Aketon sugar, add the butter and beat until you get a cream.

Add the Universal vanilla essence and continue beating.
Add the egg and integrate.

In a separate container add the Blanca Flor flour with the bicarbonate and salt, stir.
Add the dry ingredients to the preparation and stir until everything is integrated.

Once everything is completely integrated add the chocolate chips and integrate.
In a non-stick refractory add balls of more or less 5cm, taking care to leave them far apart.

Bake for 10 minutes at 356 degrees Fahrenheit.
Remove from the oven and enjoy these delicious, fluffy cookies.
