Ingredients

A teaspoon of ground ginger Andean Traditions.
A cup of honey
Half teaspoon ground cinnamon Andean Traditions
a pinch of salt
Two teaspoons of baking soda
Two teaspoons of Universal baking powder
A cup of unsalted butter
A cup of Akenton sugar
Two and a half cups of wheat flour

Preparation

In a bowl mix the dry ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, ground Andean Tradition ginger and Andean Tradition cinnamon.

Mix and then add the butter, mix very well.
Add honey and mix very well.

When we have a homogeneous dough knead with the hands, until smooth, then spread the dough on a flat surface and flatten with the roller.
Cut the cookies in the way you like, there are molds of stars, animals and thousands of figures.

Put the cookies on a non-stick tray, separating them from each other.
Bake at 356 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.
