Ingredients

A tablespoon of paprika Andean Traditions
Two tablespoons of ground garlic Andean Traditions
A kilo of meat for goulash
A finely chopped onion
four large tomatoes
A spoonful of ground cumin Tradiciones Andinas
Four cups of red wine
A tablespoon of black pepper Andean Traditions
Two tablespoons of El Conquistador olive oil
A cup of Flour Ya

Preparation

In a bowl with the previously minced meat, add the Ya flour, salt to taste and ground black pepper Andean Traditions.

In a frying pan, add and fry the previous mixture with Olive Oil El Conquistador until golden brown.
Once the meat is browned, remove from the pan.

Add to it, the tomatoes, the Andean Traditions garlic and the onion, once they are fried, add the Andean Traditions paprika.
We add the meat again, stir well, with the help of a spoon we crush the tomatoes so that the sauce forms, when everything is integrated, we add more Andean Traditions paprika, the Andean Traditions cumin and cover over low heat for 20 minutes.
