Vegetarian hamburger
Veggie Pigeon Burger
Ingredients
A can of green pigeon peas Andean Traditions
Two tablespoons of garlic paste Andean Traditions
Half a teaspoon of black pepper Andean Traditions
Half a teaspoon of turmeric Andean Traditions
Half a cup of Andean Traditions oats
Half a teaspoon of ground paprika Tradiciones Andinas
A finely chopped onion
A finely chopped carrot
Salt to taste

Preparation
In a bowl add the can of Andean Traditions green pigeon peas and marinate until obtaining a paste.

In a frying pan, fry the onion, carrot and Tradiciones Andinas garlic paste.
Transfer the pigeon peas paste to a food processor, and add the chopped carrot, onion and Andean Traditions oats and process until obtaining a homogeneous dough.

Add the Tradiciones Andinas black pepper, Tradiciones Andinas ground paprika, Tradiciones Andinas turmeric and salt to taste.
Remove the mixture from the processor and form the hamburgers that we want.

Once ready, grill with a little El Conquistador olive oil and that's it, serve with bread, tomato, onion, lettuce and the sauces of your choice.
