Ingredients

Two cups of red jocote Andean Traditions

A cup of akenton sugar

Juice of half a lemon

Preparation

Cut the Andean Traditions jocotes in half, remove the seeds and cook over low heat with the Akenton sugar until it boils.

Once it boils, add the lemon juice, stir well and turn off the heat.
Let it cool and then pack it in a glass jar, this delicious homemade jam can last you from 7 to 10 maximum since it is natural and has no preservative, we recommend that you leave it in the refrigerator.
