Coconut Mousse

Ingredients

A can of coconut milk Andean Traditions.
A can of large condensed milk.
A can of milk cream.
Jelly without Universal flavor.

Preparation

In the blender put in the lowest level, Coconut milk Andean Traditions, condensed milk and milk cream.

Allow to incorporate this in the lowest level of the blender for three minutes.
While this is beating, in a small pot with little water add the jelly without Universal flavor, stir until you get a smooth texture.

Add to the mixture and stir a little more in the blender to incorporate.
Serve in the desired molds, and leave in the fridge until it hardens.

Serve and enjoy.
