Fried Creole Potato
Ingredients
A pack of Creole potato Andean Traditions
Optional ground pepper Andean Traditions
El Conquistador olive oil
Salt to taste
A teaspoon of butter

Preparation
In a nonstick skillet heat oil The conqueror and let heat.

Add the Andean Tradition Creole potatoes, add the butter (this is optional to give them a little more flavor) and salt to taste, cover and let brown for 20 minutes over low heat.
After 20 minutes if we wish we add a little more salt and sprinkle with a little ground pepper Andean Traditions.
