Homemade grilled chicken
Ingredients
A cup and a half of Tradiciones Andinas grilled chicken dressing
Half a teaspoon of black pepper Andean Traditions
Half a teaspoon of Andean Traditions ground cumin
Two teaspoons of ground ginger Tradiciones Andinas
Half a teaspoon of ground oregano Andean Traditions
Three cups of yellow potatoes Andean Traditions
1/2 teaspoon Akenton sugar
A medium chicken
A stalk of fresh thyme
A stem of fresh rosemary
Lemon juice
Salt to taste

Preparation
Put the chicken in a bowl and cover with water, add a cup and a half of salt, leave in the refrigerator for an hour.

Preheat the oven to 356 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large bowl mix the Tradiciones Andinas grilled chicken dressing with the lemon juice and other spices, the black pepper, the ground cumin, the ground oregano, the Tradiciones Andinas ginger, the thyme, the rosemary and the Akenton sugar.

Stir everything very well and when the chicken in brine time has passed, remove all the water, add the previous mixture, making sure that all the chicken is covered with this mixture.
In the oven add a refractory at the bottom and leave the grill in the center of the oven.

Put the chicken on the center grill, so the chicken liquids will remain in the oven.
Let it bake for an hour and a half or two (this depends on the size of the chicken).

While the chicken is baking, cut the yellow potatoes Andean Traditions, leave in ice water and ice, remove the water.
Heat the oil and fry until golden brown.

Add salt at your wish.
Once the chicken is ready, serve with the potatoes and enjoy.
