Ingredients

Three cans of coconut milk Andean Traditions
Two sachets of cocoa powder Universal
Two unflavored jelly sachets Universal
A sachet of cornstarch Universal
A packet of Margarita cookies
A can of milk cream
A can of condensed milk

Preparation

With half a can of coconut milk Tradiciones Andinas we dissolve the Universal flavorless gelatin until it is completely diluted, you will need to heat it, in the microwave or over medium heat.

With the other half a can of coconut milk Tradiciones Andinas we dissolve the cornstarch Universal, until it is completely diluted.
In the blender we process the other two cans of Tradiciones Andinas coconut milk, the milk cream, the condensed milk, and the ready mix with the Universal cornstarch.

When everything is perfectly processed we add this mixture to a pot and heat over medium heat while stirring.
We add the mixture that we made with the unflavored gelatin, when the mixture is already hot, we never stop stirring, since the gelatin and cornstarch tend to generate lumps.

While stirring, let our mixture boil and remove from the heat.
In individual containers add the Margaritas cookies to the bottom, or the ones you like the most.

We serve the mixture and take to the refrigerator for at least an hour.
When the top is already firm, sprinkle a layer of cocoa powder Universal.
