A cup of blackberries Andean Traditions
A can of coconut milk Andean Traditions
One teaspoon of Universal vanilla essence
An envelope of jelly without Universal flavor

Preparation
Dissolve the unflavored gelatin envelope Universal in little hot water.

In the blender put the can of Coconut milk Andean Traditions the teaspoon of vanilla essence and the flavored gelatin.
Process very well, until obtaining a thick consistency, if desired at this point we can add some sugar or honey, or some natural sweetener.

Serve and add blackberries Andean Traditions above.
Let harden in the fridge and enjoy.
