Creole potato mash
Ingredients
A pack of Creole potato Andean Traditions
Ground oregano Andean traditions
Two tablespoons of milk cream
A spoonful of butter
A spoonful of garlic paste Tradiciones Andinas
Two cups of semi-hard, semi-fatty grated cheese
Salt to taste

Preparation
Peel the Andean Tradition Creole potatoes and cook them in enough water with the salt to taste and the spoon of garlic paste Andean Traditions.

When the potatoes are soft (approximately 20 minutes) remove from heat and drain very well.
In a large bowl we add the Andean Tradition Creole potatoes, cream, butter, cheese and ground Andean Tradition oregano.

Crush the ingredients with a press to make mashed potatoes, or with a large fork if you do not have it, do not stop until you get a smooth and creamy puree.
Serve and enjoy, this mashed potatoes is perfect to accompany proteins such as chicken, beef or pork.
