Ingredients
A salmon fillet the size you like
A can of coconut milk Andean Traditions
A spoonful of garlic paste Tradiciones Andinas
Three yellow peppers Andean Traditions
A tablespoon of ground paprika Andean Traditions

In a refractory we put the salmon fillet, if you want you can add the vegetables with which you want to accompany the salmon.

In a separate bowl add the Andean Traditions coconut milk with the garlic paste, black pepper and ground paprika.
In a separate pot, fry the Andean Traditions yellow chili, to taste (if you want it spicy with the seeds and veins, if not without them), once ready, grind and add to the previous mixture.

We mix very well until everything is integrated.
We add this mixture to the salmon, reserving a little to seal the end.

Bake at 356 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
After this time, carefully add the sauce that we set aside and put it on the salmon, we take it back to the oven for five more minutes.
