Lemon tart without oven
Ingredients
A jelly sovereign without universal flavor
Half of Universal Lemon Jelly
A can of condensed milk
A can of milk cream
Half a cup of lemon juice
A packet of vanilla cookies
Whipped cream
Two tablespoons unsalted butter

Preparation
In a bag with airtight seal add the cookies and crush them, add the melted butter, creating a smooth and consistent dough.

We add this to the bottom of the containers where we are going to serve them.
We prepare the Universal flavorless gelatin.

We prepare the Universal lemon jelly.
In the blender we process the condensed milk, the milk cream and add the Universal lemon gelatin and the Universal unflavored gelatin without ever stirring.

Finally we add the lemon juice (without ever stirring because the lemon juice can cut the cream).
And ready, we serve on top of the crushed cookies and take to the refrigerator for at least three hours.

Once ready to serve, add whipped cream on top and lemon zest.
