Ingredients

2 large tomatoes
1 Can of tuna loin in oil Andean Traditions
1 onion
1 Cup of whole sweet corn Andean Traditions
Mayonnaise of your choice

Preparation

With a knife we cut the top of the tomato as if it were a lid.

With a spoon we remove the tomato filling, being very careful not to damage the walls.
In a separate bowl we add a can of Andean Tradition tuna, A cup of cooked whole corn, Andean Traditions, 4 large tablespoons of Mayonnaise and a chopped onion, stir until all the ingredients are well mixed.

With a spoon fill the tomatoes with the mixture and they will be ready to enjoy.
Portions of this recipe are for 2 medium tomatoes or 4 small tomatoes.
