La empresa organizadora es JP TRADING AND GOBAL IMPORTS LLC. (en adelante el “organizador”), con domicilio en 16 Herbert St, Newark, NJ 07105, Estados Unidos. En representación de la marca Tradiciones Andinas. Organiza un concurso titulado “La receta favorita” (en adelante “el CONCURSO”) bajo su responsabilidad y de conformidad con las bases detalladas a continuación.
Requirements to participate
Sólo podrán participar en el presente concurso personas mayores de 18 años con un domicilio en Estados Unidos, específicamente en los estados en donde se llevará a cabo dicho concurso. Para poder participar, el participante debe ser titular de una cuenta Instagram/Facebook. Además, con su participación en el presente concurso, el participante acepta conocer y cumplir las condiciones de la red social respectiva. Seguir al menos una de las redes sociales de la marca Tradiciones Andinas. El organizador del concurso deja claro que para participar en el mismo no es necesaria la adquisición de ningún material, implícito y explicito en la realización de la receta como equipamiento de cocina, productos y demás utensilios usados para llevar a cabo la receta.
Mechanics, prize and dates
Para participar, debe publicar una foto/video en el que nos enseñe su receta favorita típica de autoría, en la que no se deben evidenciar productos de otras marcas o compañías y es opcional poner en la foto o video productor Tradiciones Andinas, aunque esto no es un requisito implícito y no sumara o restara puntos hacerlo ya que el premio se lo llevara la foto/video con mayor número de reacciones. Los premios se otorgan como tal y no tienen garantía, ya sea explícita o implícita. Los premios no se pueden cambiar, designar o transferir o canjear por dinero. Los ganadores son responsables por todas las leyes federales, estatales e impuestos locales (incluidos los impuestos de ingreso y retención) si corresponde, y también por cualquier costo y gasto que estén asociados a la aceptación del premio y uso que no se especifiquen por la presente según lo provisto. Los detalles del premio es una Gift Card Navideña por un valor de 100USD (Cien dólares Americanos). Este concurso estará en vigencia desde la publicación del post, hasta el 22 de Diciembre de 2022 a las 22:00 horas del Este.

En el caso del concurso, el ganador será escogido por los mismos participantes del mismo, ya que ganará la fotografía/video de la receta que más interacción tenga.
Los puntos a considerar serán los siguientes:

El organizador se pondrá en contacto por mensaje privado con el ganador para organizar la entrega del mismo, y se concretará el envió de la gift card. Al entregar sus datos personales, el ganador acepta expresamente las condiciones de las promociones descritas en estas bases de participación. En el caso en que no se pueda contactar con un ganador en el plazo de 15 días desde la comunicación del ganador, se procederá a contactar con el siguiente participante en el ranking de seleccionados/ganadores.
