Lentil Curry
Ingredients
Half a cup of cooked Andean Tradition lentils
A teaspoon of black pepper Andean Traditions
A tablespoon of curry powder
Half a cup of cooked chickpeas
Quarter cup cooked broccoli
A quarter of cooked cauliflower
A quarter cup of spinach
Salt to taste
Coriander to taste
A chopped onion
A tomato
A quarter of paprika

Preparation
For the lentil curry, you have to mix the onion, tomato and paprika in a blender until you get a homogeneous mixture, in a frying pan add this mixture with little El Conquistador olive oil and fry and set aside.

In a frying pan add the lentils, chickpeas, broccoli, spinach and cauliflower and cook over low heat with the lid on.
Let all the ingredients release their juices and cook like this, then add the sauce that we made at the beginning, cover and let it boil.

When it breaks boil, we let this cook for 10 minutes, then we add the seasonings, salt to taste, Tradiciones Andinas black pepper, curry, and others that we like, stir very well, cover again and boil for 10 minutes.
