Marinated mango breast
Ingredients
A breast fillet
A ripe mango Andean Traditions finely chopped
A finely chopped tomato
Half a cup of olive oil el Conquistador
Juice of two lemons
Salt to taste
Black pepper Andean Traditions to taste

Preparation
In the blender we mix the Tradiciones Andinas mango with the tomato, add the El Conquistador olive oil, the lemon juice and a pinch of salt.

We mix very well until everything is integrated.
Add the breast fillet and leave to marinate in the refrigerator overnight.

The next day, we heat a non-stick frying pan and add very little olive oil, take out our marinated breast, drain very well and roast.
We add salt and pepper Andean Traditions to taste.

We let it brown very well on both sides and accompany with fresh salad.
