Beef tenderloin in sauce
Ingredients
Two pieces of beef sirloin
A cup of sliced mushrooms
Half a teaspoon of cornstarch Universal
A cup of milk cream
Half onion finely chopped
A spoonful of butter
A quarter cup of beef broth
Half a teaspoon of black pepper Andean Traditions
Salt to taste

Preparation
Add salt and Traditions Andean black pepper to the sirloins and seal in a non-stick pan.

Once they are well sealed, remove from the pan and reserve.
In the same pan we add the butter, and we fry the onion, when transparent we add the mushrooms and we fry until they are not white.

Then we add the Universal cornstarch and stir very well.
Then we add the meat broth to the top, stir very well and let it boil.

Finally, we add the cream, we rectify the flavor and add the sirloins.
We let the mixture boil again and that's it.

We serve accompanied by yellow potatoes Andean Traditions.
