Preparation

Cook the eight cups of water with the salt.

Add the chicken or chicken already seasoned.
Add the garlic paste and the long onion and cook for fifteen minutes.

Take the onion out of the broth, it will give it a delicious flavor, but it is not needed in the preparation.
Add the contents of the Ajiaco precooked Andean Traditions package and add the guascas when the creole potato is dissolved.
