BBQ ribs and panela
Ingredients
A cup of grated Andean Traditions panela
A cup of Andean Traditions grill sauce
Three cups of smoked baby back ribs (ready to prepare)
Salt to taste
half beer
Black pepper Andean Traditions to taste

Preparation
In a bowl add the ribs and salt and pepper to taste.

Bake or AirFryer until well cooked and crisp.
In a non-stick frying pan, add the Andean Traditions grill sauce, the Andean Traditions panela, stir and bring to a boil.

Once it starts boiling, add the half beer and stir very well.
Once the sauce is ready, in a refractory serve the ribs and add the sauce.

Bake for 10 minutes at 225 degrees Fahrenheit.
Remove from oven and serve.
