Ingredients

A can of green pigeon peas Andean Traditions
Half a teaspoon of ground ginger Andean Traditions
Half a cup of asparagus
One and a half cup chicken breast
Half a cup of onion
A cup and a half of carrot
Salt to taste

Preparation

Put the chicken breast in a pot with enough water and salt to taste until it boils over high heat.

Once the chicken is ready, lower the heat to half and add the can of Tradiciones Andinas green pigeon peas (we recommend leaving one or two tablespoons for the decoration of the dish), the asparagus, onion, carrot and ground ginger Tradiciones Andean.
Cover and let it cook until all the ingredients are soft.

While the ingredients are cooking, shred the chicken into strips with the help of two forks.
Take the chicken and soup to a blender or food processor and blend until they are creamy and smooth.

If you wish, you can heat the cream over low heat or you can also consume it that way.
