Potato Salad with Tuna

Ingredients

8 large potatoes
Green peas Andean Traditions
1 Big Onion
2 cans of Tuna Loin in oil Andean Traditions
Mayonnaise
Ham

Preparation

Peel potatoes

In a pot with water and salt to taste, cook the potatoes for approximately 20 minutes or more over high heat until they are soft
In a pot with water, cook the peas for about 20 minutes.

At the same time the potatoes and peas are cooked, chop the onion and ham in small pieces
When the potatoes are ready, they are allowed to cool and cut them into medium-sized squares.

In a bowl you pour all the ingredients (potatoes, peas, chopped onion, chopped ham, tuna and mayonnaise to taste) stir until all the ingredients are well mixed and enjoy.
In some areas, chopped red paprika, boiled eggs or sweet corn are added, we leave this at your choice to give this incredible recipe more flavor.
