Ingredients
A packet of sliced Olluco Andean Traditions
A teaspoon of black pepper Andean Traditions
A teaspoon of ground cumin Andean Traditions
A tablespoon of minced garlic Andean Traditions
A spoonful of Ajinomoto
An onion chopped into small cubes
Four cups of meat in strips
parsley to taste
Salt to taste

Preparation
In a pan, fry the Andean Traditions garlic with the onion, black pepper, Andean Traditions ground cumin, the Ajinomoto and salt to taste.

Once everything is golden add the meat and fry.
Once the meat is cooked, add the Olluco cut Andean Traditions and cover over low heat.

Once ready add the parsley and leave for two minutes.
After two minutes, remove, serve and enjoy

Accompany with rice.
