Ingredients

A cup of whole strawberry Andean Traditions
A cup of white flour White Flower
Half a cup of Akenton sugar
Five big bananas
Four eggs
A cup of butter
One tablespoon of Universal vanilla essence
One tablespoon of Universal baking powder
Half teaspoon salt
Powdered sugar

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 280 degrees Fahrenheit.

With the five bananas in a bowl with a fork, crush them until you get a dough, add the essence of Universal Vanilla and save.
In a separate bowl add the butter and the Akenton sugar and stir until you get a smooth consistency.

Add the four eggs one by one while stirring constantly, do not incorporate the next until they are completely dissolved in the mixture.
Add the first mixture of bananas and the essence of Universal vanilla and stir well.

Mix the dry ingredients very well; White flour, salt and Universal baking powder and sift very well.
Gradually add the flour to the mixture and stir.

Add the cup of Andean Traditions strawberries.
In a non-stick refractory place the previous mixture.

Bake an average of 20 to 30 minutes, with a wooden stick to see how the dough behaves, when the stick comes out completely clean it is because it is already there.
When our cake is ready, sprinkle the icing sugar and decorate to your liking.
