Chicken breast with mango sauce
Ingredients
A ripe mango Andean traditions
A boneless breast chopped in julienne
A spoonful of ground paprika Andean Traditions
One tablespoon ground black pepper Andean Traditions

Two tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Preparation
In a nonstick skillet add little El Conquistador olive oil and let warm.

Marinate the breast with the garlic paste Andean Traditions, the black pepper Andean Traditions and the ground paprika Andean Traditions, when the olive oil is hot, sauté in the pan until the breast is cooked completely.
While the breast is fried make the mango sauce, for this we remove the skin of the mango, remove the pulp and liquefy it.

In a nonstick skillet add the pulp of the liquefied mango and let it boil, then add the akenton sugar and the vinegar and let it thicken.
