Ingredients

A base for pizza
A cup of Andean Tradition botija olives
A cup of precooked shrimp
Half a cup of green bell pepper
Half a cup of red bell pepper
Two cups of grated mozzrella cheese
Half a cup of tomato paste
Ground oregano Andean Traditions to taste
Black pepper Andean Traditions to taste
Salt to taste

Preparation

In a non-stick refractory we add the pizza base, it must be well stretched so that the pizza does not have lumps.

Once the base is ready, with a kitchen brush we add the tomato paste, if you do not have a brush you can do it perfectly with the back of a spoon.
We add the shrimp, the two types of paprika (bell pepper) and the Tradition Andean botija olives.

Then we add the Tradiciones Andinas cheese and black pepper and salt to taste.
We take to the oven according to the indications of the pizza base, normally it is about five minutes at 572 degrees Fahrenheit.

After this time we remove and add the ground oregano Tradiciones Andinas.
