Turmeric chicken
Ingredients
A cup of diced breast
A tablespoon of turmeric Andean Traditions
Two tablespoons of garlic paste Tradiciones Andinas
Two cups of coconut milk Andean Traditions
A spoonful of El Conquistador olive oil
Half tablespoon of curry
Half onion finely chopped
A cup of rice prepared to accompany
Salt to taste
Black pepper Andean Traditions to taste

Preparation
In a non-stick frying pan, fry the onion with the El Conquistador olive oil, when the onion begins to show through, add the Tradiciones Andinas garlic paste and stir well.

Add the chicken breast and leave over medium heat until the chicken is sealed.
In a separate container add the Tradiciones Andinas coconut milk and add the Tradiciones Andinas turmeric, stir well add to the pan.

Stir, cover and leave on low heat, when the preparation breaks to a boil, add the curry, salt to taste and Tradiciones Andinas black pepper to taste.
We remove the lid from the pan and leave on low heat until the preparation becomes thick.
