Cook the Andean Traditions quinoa without adding salt as it is, we will add it with the other ingredients and we do not want it to be salty.

In a large bowl we add all the ingredients, cooked quinoa, quinoa flour, eggs, paprika, onion, garlic paste and salt and stir very well.
With the help of a spoon, we take out the portion of the quinoa cakes and form a ball.

We accommodate our quinoa cakes in a nonstick refractory and bake for 20 min at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
