Tostones with shrimp.

Ingredients

A packet of Andean Traditions tostones
A spoonful of garlic paste Tradiciones Andinas
A tablespoon of ground paprika Andean Traditions
Half tablespoon of black pepper Andean Traditions
Three cups of shrimp ready to prepare
Seven slices of fresh cheese that can be melted
Half onion finely chopped
Three tablespoons of milk cream

Preparation

In a saucepan, fry the Andean Traditions tostones until crispy.

In a non-stick frying pan, fry the Traditions Andean onion and garlic paste with the shrimp in a teaspoon of the olive oil El Conquistador, leave to fry and add the Traditions Andean paprika and black pepper and let it fry very well.
Once the shrimp are ready, finally add the cheese and the cream and stir until the cheese is completely melted, rectify the flavor, and add salt or pepper to taste.

And ready, on a tray we add our delicious Andean Traditions tostones and on top we add the delicious shrimp mixture.
We decorate with what we like the most, and serve.
