Ingredients

A bag of Olluco cut Andean Traditions
A cup of coconut milk Andean Traditions
Two tablespoons of turmeric Andean Traditions
A pinch of pepper Andean Traditions
a pinch of salt

Preparation

In a large pot, add the Andean Traditions ollucos, add enough water and cook for 15 minutes.

Once everything is cooked, take the Andean Traditions ollucos to a processor or blender until a smooth cream is formed.
Add Andean Traditions coconut milk and process.

Add the cream to a pot, and add salt to taste, Andean Traditions pepper and Andean Traditions turmeric.
Serve and enjoy.
