Ingredients
Two pounds beef rib
A package of Colombian Sancocho Andean Traditions
A teaspoon of garlic paste Andean Traditions
A finely chopped onion
Coriander to taste
Salt to taste

Preparation
The first thing we must do is cook the rib very well, marinate it with the Tradiciones Andinas garlic paste and put it in a pot with enough water to cover it.

We let the rib break to a boil and let it boil for 20 more minutes (this is so that the rib is very soft and tender).
Then we add the onion, and the Traditions Andean Colombian sancocho package, and add more water if necessary so that all the ingredients are completely covered.

We let it boil and ready.
We serve and add the finely chopped coriander.
