Ingredients
Six whole corn Andean Traditions
Half a teaspoon of black pepper Andean Traditions
A cup of white flour Flor
Two tablespoons of Andean Traditions ground paprika
Half a cup of grated fresh cheese
Egg
Salt to taste

Preparation
In a pot with enough water, cook the Andean Traditions instant corn for a few minutes, until it is soft, once it is ready, remove from the water and reserve.

In the blender or food processor, mix the Tradiciones Andinas corn very well with the Tradiciones Andinas cheese and ground paprika.
Add the egg, and finally add the Blanca Flor flour, it should have a smooth but concise texture.

With your hands a little greased, form balls of the size that you like the most.
Then in a large pot with hot oil fry each of the balls.
