Ingredients

Two cups of mixed vegetables Andean Traditions
A teaspoon of garlic paste Andean Traditions
A breast
A finely chopped onion
One onion, one ripe tomato, half a processed paprika
Color (saffron)
A cup of rice
Salt to taste

Preparation

In a large pot add two cups of water and put the chicken breast with the Tradiciones Andinas garlic paste until the breast is well cooked.

Once the breast is ready, remove from the water, let it cool a bit and crumble so that it is in strips.
In the same water that we made the chicken, add the rice and onion, and cook like normal rice.

In a separate pot add the Andean Traditions mixed vegetables and cook until soft, once soft, remove from hot water, drain and put in ice water (this is done so that the vegetables are crisp and hard).
Once all the ingredients are ready in a large pot, fry the stew (processed onion, tomato, paprika) and add the rice, chicken and mixed vegetables Andean Traditions, stir very well, let heat a little and that's it.
