Ingredients

A cup of Andean Traditions quinoa
A cup of mixed vegetables Andean Traditions
Half a cup of paprika (bell pepper) finely chopped
Salt to taste

Preparation

In a pot with a lid add the Andean Traditions quinoa and double the water, cook until the water dries, lower the heat, cover and cook for 10 more minutes.

In another separate pot, in boiling water add the mixed vegetables Andean Traditions and leave for 10 minutes, then remove from the hot water and leave in a bowl with ice water, this will cut the cooking of the vegetables and leave them crispy.
How many quinoa is ready, we serve in a bowl with the vegetables and the paprika and that's it!
