Ingredients

A cup of sesame Andean Traditions
A teaspoon of ground ginger Andean Traditions
Two tablespoons of Andean Traditions sesame seed
Three tablespoons of El Conquistador olive oil
One teaspoon of Universal baking powder
One tablespoon of Universal vanilla essence
A cup of white flour Flor
Half a cup of Akenton sugar
Half a cup of white sugar
Madia cup unsalted butter
Egg
a pinch of salt

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

With the help of a food processor or blender, add the Tradiciones Andinas sesame cup and process, add the El Conquistador olive oil little by little and without turning off the processor.
Continue processing until it forms a paste, this paste is known as sesame tahini.

In a bowl add the Tradiciones Andinas ground ginger, the Universal baking powder and the Blanca Flor flour, mix.
In another bowl add the Tahini, the Akenton sugar and the white sugar, the butter beat until a creamy mixture is obtained, add the Universal vanilla essence, the egg and the pinch of salt, and mix everything very well until integrating and obtaining a mixture creamy.

Add little by little and without stopping mixing the first mixture of the dry ingredients.
With the help of a pastry bag, put the cookie dough in a non-stick baking dish in the shape of a spiral.

Bake for 15 minutes.
Once ready add the sesame seeds on top and that's it.
