Quinoa risotto
Ingredients
A cup of Andean Traditions quinoa
A spoonful of garlic paste Tradiciones Andinas
Half a teaspoon of ground black pepper Tradiciones Andinas
Half an onion finely chopped
A cup of sliced mushrooms
Half a cup of white wine for cooking
A quarter cup of heavy cream
Half a cup of cheese to melt
Two tablespoons of butter
Salt to taste

Preparation
In a large pot add the Andean Traditions quinoa and the amount of water that covers it, cook over medium heat until the water dries.

In a separate pot add the butter and the Andean Traditions garlic paste, add the white wine and let it cook for 5 minutes.
Add the quinoa and stir very well, add the cream, cover and cook.

Finally add the mushrooms and cheese, stir, turn off the heat, cover and leave for 5 minutes.
Serve with what you like the most and enjoy.
