Ingredients

A complete package of cassava Andean Traditions
Four cups of coconut milk Andean Traditions
Two tablespoons of Universal Vanilla Essence
A cup of Akenton sugar
A cup of grated coconut
Four tablespoons butter
Four eggs
a pinch of salt

Preparation

Let's grind the Andean Traditions cassava or grate it.

In a bowl add the yucca and the coconut and mix very well.
To the blender we add the salt, sugar, butter, the essence of vanilla Universal and coconut milk Tradiciones Andinas.

We add to our cassava and coconut mixture the mixture that we made in the blender and we gradually incorporate until everything is homogeneous.
In a non-stick refractory we add this mixture.

Bake for 45 minutes at 392 degrees Fahrenheit.
After this time we remove from the mold let cool and ready! To enjoy this delicious cassava cake.
