Ingredients

Cup and a half of grated cassava Andean Traditions
Two and a half cups of coconut milk Andean Traditions
One teaspoon of Universal Baking Soda
Two tablespoons of Akenton sugar
Four tablespoons of El Conquistador olive oil
Two eggs

Preparation

In a bowl add the Tradiciones Andinas yucca dough at room temperature, the Tradiciones Andinas coconut milk, the Universal bicarbonate, the Akenton sugar, the El Conquistador olive oil and the eggs.

Stir very well until everything is integrated.
Once ready, take to the waffle maker.
